The building plots are situated west of Vrådal center, not far from Storstraumen sluice gate between the lakes Vraavatn and Nisser. Vraadal is only 2-3 hours drive from Oslo, Kristiansand, Langesund and Larvik with ferries from Denmark and Germany. The plots have buildmax of up to 150m2 and comes with easy road access, electricity, water, sewerage and prepared for fiber networks.
There are a total of 23 plots in field H1 and 27 plots in field H2, which about half are sold.
Most of the plots are relatively flat and easy to build on. The ground consist of mixed rock and soil.
The plots are in varius sizes from about 1000 m2 to 1500 m2. The exact size of each plot is subject to mesurement certificate.

The construction sites are delivered in a high standard ready to build. That means, road access from common road, established water and sewer connection to the edge of the plot, electricity supply (shared by 3-5 plots) and prepared for fiber network.
You can make agreement on further customization of the sites, regulation, foundation stones or other machine-intensive tasks to be charged separately. Construction monitoring is also possible.

There is obligation of membership of Velforeningen Fiskebekk Hyttegrend Vann og Avløb (water works). Annual expenses common to VA-facility is approx 200,- Euro annual.
The plots are zoned for recreational cottage and its broadly permitted to construct cabins up to 150 m2 and a freestanding extension / annex, / garage of up to 20 m2.
Mooring for smaller boats incl. winter storage can be rented.
Vraadal community is located within the scenic Telemark in southern Norway. It is an open valley surrounded by rounded hills, several lakes, small islands, pine forrest. The idyllic well-kept farms, beautiful nature, clean air and water, many hiking trails, fishing spots and recreational opportunities characterise the valley and make tourists return year after year.

In Vraadal center you will find tourist information, groceries, several shops, hotel, cafe, gallery, museum, ATM, and a garage. In the town is also offers M/S Fram museum boat excursions and opportunities to rent boats. Best known, especially for skiing tourists, is Vraadal Panoramic Ski Center, with trails of all degrees of difficulty. Vraadal is constantly evolving and new is a 9-hole golf course, beautifully located on small islands on lake Nisser.
One of the most renowned tourist spot is the Rjukan heavy-water plant, that was sabotaged by Norwegian resistance during the 2. World War. From here you can reach Hadangervidda or make a trip on Gaustatoppen. Further, the Telemark Canal with Vrang Foss gates, Boe Summerland, Heddal Stave Church, silver mines and Berg Works Museum in Kongsberg are some of many destinations that can be easily reached on day trips.
